A sprouting bag to easily sprout your very own home grown superfoods 365 days a year. Our sprout bags are made from sustainably produced, chemical free, unbleached and untreated hemp fibres which are also naturally resistant to mould and mildew.
The breathable weave mimics the natural environment, is permeable and porous for water drainage and breathable on all sides nurturing your sprouting seeds for a simple easy grow.
No green thumb or special equipment required.
BAG SPROUTING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Prepare
Before you start, wash hands and sterilize the bag by boiling water then taking it off the heat and letting the bag sit in it for 3 minutes.
Step 2 Measure Seeds and Soak
If required, soak your seeds before adding to the sprouting bag. Otherwise, pour your seeds straight in. 1.5 to 3 tablespoons of smaller seeds and a quarter cup for the larger beans, peas and pulses.
Step 3 Rinse and Drain
Rinse your bag and seeds then hang somewhere out of direct sunlight to let it drip and drain. We generally hand in the sink or place in the drying rack.
Step 4 Grow your Sprouts
Rinse and drain your seeds twice daily massaging your sprouts gently to discourage roots adhering to the bag fibres.
Step 5 Harvesting
Continue step 4 and your sprouts should be ready in as little as 3 to 5 days! After a final good rinse, tip out of the bag and they are ready.
This sprouting bag will last for years and perfect for sprouting beans grains and legumes as well as brassicas and radishes. Simply soak, dip and drain so you can always grow a garden of beautiful healthy living sprouts and greens year round regardless of the season or weather.

Sprout Bag Care and Cleaning
This is as easy to clean as it is to use. Simply turn inside out and wash with hot running water with a clean sponge. Should you want to sterilise it bring a pot of water to the boil, remove from the heat and place the bag inside for three minutes. (dont add to the boiling pot). No harsh chemicals or detergents required.

Delivery and Packaging
All products are packaged plastic free as standard. Your garden seeds are sealed for freshness inside white glassine envelopes which are a water/vapour resistant compostable paper product whilst your Microgreen and Sprouting Seeds arrive in resealable zip lock pouches made from GMO free vegetable starch which are further heat sealed to ensure these great products reach you safely!

My product is damaged defective or you shipped me the wrong product.
We're sorry about that and understand your frustration! We would love to offer you a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at hi@growsowgreener.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong product or simply changed my mind.
No worries, we will refund you the full amount (minus the shipping charges) provided the items are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received we will issue your refund however you will be responsible for return shipping costs for non defective products.
