Instructions for use

Step 1, Prepare, Soak and rinse

Unpack your kit and wash your hands, jars and lids with hot soapy water. Empty your packet of seeds into its jar, return the lid and fill with room temperature water then immediately drain.

Refill and leave somewhere out of direct sunlight anywhere between 8 and 12 hrs to soak.

Step 2, Drain and rinse

Drain out the water through the mesh lids then rinse and drain a few more times with room temperature water.

Place your jars in the stand so any drips will be collected in the ceramic tray below.

Continue this rinse drain process two to three times a daily.

Step 3, Harvest and greening

Usually after two to three days your sprouts will grow tails and they will be ready to eat. Depending on your preference they can be harvested now or eft to grow on.

Place alfalfa and broccoli sprouts in the sun for a few hours to green up before harvesting.

Step 4, Storing your fresh organic sprouts

Like most produce sprouts don't refrigerate well when wet.

Pat dry with a paper towel and place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week. Apply the smell test and when in doubt, leave them out. After all they are super quick and simple to replace..

Grow Sow Greeners' guarantee to grow.
