Our organic, non-GMO Sunflower Microgreen & Sprouting Seeds have got to be one of our favourites. They grow big, meaty substantial crops that have a nice crunch and a pleasant nutty flavour. We use them as a base for most of our salads and are an excellent bang for your buck. They are incredibly easy to grow, however, only in coco soil.
Sunflower Microgreen Seeds are well suited to vegans and vegetarians due to high protein levels, omegas, beneficial oils, and fatty acids. They can be enjoyed raw, cooked, juiced or blended into your favourite smoothy. They even make a great stand-alone snack.
The only way to get more pleasure from this outstanding microgreen is to throw a handful of seeds into a sunny corner. After a lovely summer display, and during the hungry winter months, enjoy watching the birds you’ve encouraged into the garden, forage the seed heads you’ve provided. Delivery and Packaging
All products are packaged plastic free as standard. Your garden seeds are sealed for freshness inside white glassine envelopes which are a water/vapour resistant compostable paper product whilst your Microgreen and Sprouting Seeds arrive in resealable zip lock pouches made from GMO free vegetable starch which are further heat sealed to ensure these great products reach you safely!

We're sorry about that and understand your frustration! We would love to offer you a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at hi@growsowgreener.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong product or simply changed my mind.
No worries, we will refund you the full amount (minus the shipping charges) provided the items are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received we will issue your refund however you will be responsible for return shipping costs for non defective products.

These tasted really good - fresh and crunchy! Will buy again.
I have had excellent results with these sunflower seeds, grown in coir, also sourced from GSG. Seed to harvest 10/11 days. Germination 100% (or very nearly). No mould. Fresh and crunchy with a subtle carrot taste on first bite followed by a delicious nutty flavour.

First order was 1kg and had to come back and topped up my bag with another 500grams some say good sunflower seeds are hard to come by but I guess my first time buying them i was lucky found this supplier and never looked anywhere else for them. Germination 5 star ⭐️
I have had great success with growing these Sunflower seeds with no mould, good germination and great yields. I do an overnight soak, 100g to a 10x20 tray, stack and weight for 3-4 days and harvest on day 10.
The 5kg bag I wanted was out of stock online, but when I contacted them it was changed immediately and stock was reallocated so I could get the better price.
I will def recommend Grow Sow Greener to other growers.
