This collection includes a range of sterilised substrates, grains, and plugs for growing gourmet, therapeutic, and medicinal mushrooms. Each product is prepared in a controlled environment using high-quality raw ingredients and precise sterilisation methods to ensure consistency and reliability for cultivators at all scales.
Production Process & Quality Control
All products are made using carefully sourced ingredients, hydrated to field capacity, and blended into the listed substrate and grain mixes. They are then packed in genuine Unicorn mushroom bags, which are specifically designed for optimal gas exchange and durability during colonization.
Sterilisation is carried out in industrial autoclaves, where each batch is subjected to 121°C at 15 PSI for three hours to eliminate contaminants. Once sterilisation is complete, the bags are cooled in a dedicated cleanroom and laboratory, in front of a laminar flow hood with HEPA filtration, ensuring an aseptic environment before sealing and shipping.
