Lion’s Mane Liquid Culture – 10 ml Syringe

A high-quality liquid culture for growers who demand consistency, clean growth and aggressive colonisation. Each 10 ml syringe holds vigorous Lion’s Mane mycelium in nutrient-rich broth, produced under ISO-class sterile lab conditions in the UK.

Usage & Storage
Shake well, inject into sterilised grain (21 – 24 °C), incubate until fully colonised, then spawn to hardwood or supplemented sawdust (e.g. Master’s Mix). Refrigerate 2 – 6 °C; best within 2 – 3 weeks, viable up to 2 months.
Lion’s Mane Plate Culture – 90 mm PDA Agar
Skip the syringe and go straight to agar work. Each 90 mm Petri plate is fully colonised with robust Lion’s Mane mycelium on potato-dextrose-agar, sealed and bagged for transit.

Usage & Storage
Work in a SAB or flow hood. Transfer a wedge to sterile grain jars/bags or to fresh plates for sectoring. Refrigerate 2 – 6 °C; use within 3 weeks for best vigour (max 6 weeks).
Lion’s Mane Grain Spawn
These genuine unicorn bags contains fully colonised and moisture-balanced UK millet or rye grain with a 0.2 µm filter patch.
Usage & Storage
Break up bag gently, mix into pasteurised or sterilised hardwood sawdust or supplemented substrate (masters mix) at a 10 – 20 % spawn rate. Incubate 18 – 24 °C. Refrigerate 2 – 6 °C until use; best within 10 days, viable up to 4 weeks.
Lion’s Mane Plug / Dowel Spawn – Hardwood Dowels (8 × 35 mm Schima superba)
Ideal for outdoor log cultivation and other low-tech setups. Each Schima superba dowel is fully colonised with Lion’s Mane mycelium and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

Usage & Storage
- Drill 8 mm holes to the correct depth with our specially designed mushroom drill bit.
- Insert plugs flush and seal with log sealing wax using the applicator.
- Use healthy hardwood felled within the last three months.
- Incubate logs in a shaded, humid spot (15 – 26 °C); first flush typically 9 – 12 months after inoculation.
Store dowels refrigerated (2 – 6 °C); best within 4 weeks, viable up to 3 months.

Delivery and Packaging
All products are packaged plastic free as standard. Your garden seeds are sealed for freshness inside white glassine envelopes which are a water/vapour resistant compostable paper product whilst your Microgreen and Sprouting Seeds arrive in resealable zip lock pouches made from GMO free vegetable starch which are further heat sealed to ensure these great products reach you safely!

My product is damaged defective or you shipped me the wrong product.
We're sorry about that and understand your frustration! We would love to offer you a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at hi@growsowgreener.co.uk within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong product or simply changed my mind.
No worries, we will refund you the full amount (minus the shipping charges) provided the items are returned in new condition and in original packaging. Once received we will issue your refund however you will be responsible for return shipping costs for non defective products.
